Michael W. Montalbano
Licensed and Admitted to Practice in all State Courts in Louisiana since 2002
Graduate of Louisiana State University and Mississippi College (Law School, 2001)
Mike is a lifelong resident of St. Tammany Parish. He is a former Assistant District Attorney and served in that role from 2003-2014. He is also the former town attorney for Abita Springs, Louisiana.
Mike has vast courtroom experience which affords him the confidence to represent clients in litigation. Being in court over 180 days a year while serving as a prosecutor for nearly 11 years, Mike is comfortable being in the courtroom.
He was a founding member of the law firm of Montalbano & Trainor, LLC, a client focused firm that specialized in representing plaintiffs in auto, motorcycle and trucking accidents.
In 2015, Mike took some time to unplug and traveled with friends and family throughout the United States. Missing the feeling of helping clients after they have been injured in auto accidents, he returned to practicing law and joined the Trainor Law Firm, LLC where he devotes all of his attention to representing clients after their car accidents.
Mike enjoys traveling, is a self-proclaimed craft beer expert and enjoys the outdoors.
